- 18/12/1987: Start the first school-year,

- 1987-1990: Train two-year nursemaids in order to take care of young children under 3 years old for regions of Highland and Central provinces in Vietnam,

- 1/10/1991: renamed Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher Training school, which has the functions of training two-year preschool teachers,

- 24/07/1996: upgraded to Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher Training College No.2 (in accordance with 447/TTG decision signed by the Prime Minister),

- 19/01/2007: renamed Nha Trang National College of Pedagogy (at the decision 350/QĐ-BGDĐT signed by the Minister of Ministry of Education and Training),

- At present: have 5 majors of Early Childhood education, Music, Fine arts, Physical Education, Special Education enrolling students nationwide. There are five departments:

     1. Department of Early Childhood Education (CM2-01-M)

     2. Department of Music (CM2-02-N)

     3. Department of Fine-art (CM2-03-H)

     4. Department of Physical Education (CM2-04-T)

     5. Department of Special Education (CM2-05-M)
