Orientations of mail developments
To reach the needs of preschool teachers of early childhood education and
primary and secondary teachers of fine art, music and physical training
nationwide, especially in Central Vietnam and the Highlands
in the new stage of development and international integration, Nha Trang
National College of Pedagogy has proposed some principal tasks from 2005 to 2010
as below.
1. Training scope
Increasing the existing training quantities (both in regular and
in-service training)
Enlisting and opening new divisions to meet and serve the ceaseless social
life and the entire socio-economic development effectively in the age of
internationalization and integration.
2. Training quality
Furthering the renovations of training contents and curricula, in which
new teaching and learning methods are used flexibly and adaptably and
information technology is applied.
Forming students’ professional skills and self- study ability.
3. Development of the teaching staff and management board
Ensuring the available quantity and quality of working and teaching staff
to obtain such objectives as increasing training scope, enhancing training
quality, and opening new training codes and diversifying training modes.
4. Facilities, scientific research and technological transfer
Simultaneously upgrading and installing facilities, useful for training
and educational scientific research.
Constructing the automatic access library, completing the projects of
dormitory, and facilities for physical training.
