1. Early childhood education

Cooperating with Ha Noi University of Education and Ho Chi Minh University of Education to offer Bachelors of Arts degrees, specializing in Early Childhood Education (in- service training).

* At college level

 Offering early childhood education programme in two modes: regular and in- service training.

* At Junior college level (two-year duration)

Offering regular and in-service training programme of early childhood education in the duration of two years.

2. Music education

* At University level

Co-operating with Ha Noi University of Education to offer Bachelors of Arts degrees, specializing in Music (in-service training).

* At college level

                Offering music education programme in two modes: regular and in-service training.

* At Junior college level (two-year duration)

Offering regular and in-service training programme of Music in the duration of two years.

 3. Fine art education

Co-operating with Ha Noi University of Education to offer Bachelors of Arts degrees, specializing in Fine Art (in-service training).

 Offering fine art education programme in two modes: regular and in-service training.

* At Junior college level (two-year duration)

Offering regular and in-service training programme of Fine arts in the duration of two years.

Co-operating with Ha Tay Education University of Physical Training and Sports to offer Bachelors of Arts degrees, specializing in Music Education (in-service training).

 Offering physical education programme in two modes: regular and in-service training.
